I'm around -980x, -1700z in a really nice gorge.

Also, if you need rubber, let me know. I don't think MFR rubber trees spawned in the world, so I'll give you a rubber tree sapling to use.

AE2, the mod that allows you to store everything on hard drives, is broken because I disabled "sky stone" meteors in the world gen. As it turns out, sky stone is a required material for ME controllers, but I didn't want craters screwing up the awesome landscape we have on the server. There are also chests inside the meteors that have circuit presses that are required for making chipsets. Holy crap, can't do anything without those. Luckily for you, I came up with a fix. I made crafting recipes that will allow you to obtain materials that could otherwise only be found in meteors. These recipes already work on the server, but they won't show up in the NEI or work in a single-player world unless you have my modified configs. These are not required for playing on the server, but they are here to assist in case you want to see the recipe in-game.

Here's how to update the config:
  1. Download the zipped config folder here.
  2. Go to C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\.technic\modpacks\solo-handle\config
  3. Take the AppliedEnergistics2 folder from inside the zip file and drop it into the config folder. Overwrite and replace things if prompted.

Recipes:
  • Sky Stone Dust - 2 redstone, 2 certus quartz dust
    Image
    Skystone blocks are made by smelting the dust.

Presses are different arrangements of 1 iron block, 2 redstone, and 1 certus quartz crystal.

I don't feel that this warrants a modpack update, but this config will be included with the modpack from v3.1.6 onward.

It looks like Factorization is disabling EE3 recipes. It's one of those mods that I don't really use too much, except once on the v2 world for autocrafting compressed cobblestone and blocks from ingots (the assembler?) I could either get rid of it or downgrade the mod until I find a version that works with EE3. Let me know what you guys think.

I honestly don't mind either way. It has a few neat little dinkies but that's the extent I've used it to. I wouldn't miss it, nor care if it's still there, basically.

I haven't used Factorization in a long time, so I would be fine if you were to remove or disable for the time being.

Yeah, if you leave it running for too long on the title screen it seems to do that and you have to back all the way out.

Also it seems I can't connect because of an unrelated issue to this.

Yep, you caught me just as I was making server changes. Also, modpack v3.1.6 has been released. The broken silicon press recipe has been patched, and Factorization has been removed. The AE2 recipes for crafting sky stone and presses have been included with this update.

I found out with some further research that minium stones won't transmute in 1.7.10 versions of the mod. However, I found a mod called Project E that rewrites Equivalent Exchange 2 for new versions of Minecraft. I have good memories of the mod before it became EE3 for 1.4.7. If it's the same EE2 as I remember, you'll have something to do with all that cobblestone from quarrying (and minium shards will drop from hostile mobs.) Unfortunately, the mod site is extremely vague. The first release came out earlier this month, and there isn't a thread about it on the minecraft forums yet. Here's the mod site if you care to look. I will likely remove EE3 in favor of Project E, but I will wait until I know that everyone has deleted their EE3 items and blocks.

So delete any EE3 blocks or items so I can bring back minium stone transmutation.
