All loot will be done with open rolls. One main spec item, one mark, and one off spec item per person. You will only be able to roll on a second main spec item if everyone eligible has won a main spec item, and the same applies for off spec rolls. BoE items are main spec -> open rolls. Primordial Saronites and Acidic Bloods are free rolls. Shadowfrost Shards are split evenly between those who can take them.

Addendum: There were questions concerning in-raid sales of items. If you roll on an item for main spec, and you win it, it counts as you winning it for main spec. If you decide to sell it to someone else in the raid after that, it is unrelated to the rules of this raid. You are not refunded your "one MS item" budget if you sell the MS item you win.
