All loot will be done with open rolls. One main spec item, one mark, and one off spec item per person. You will only be able to roll on a second main spec item if everyone eligible has won a main spec item, and the same applies for off spec rolls. BoE items are main spec -> off spec -> open rolls. Primordial Saronites, Shadowfrost Shards, and Acidic Bloods are free rolls.

I'd like come and do my Shadowmourne quests on Miikko. I can tank or DPS, whichever works best, though obviously I'll need to do more specific roles for the various quests. I'd be happy to keep coming after that in either role as well. I think my wow-heroes page should have a relatively current rundown of gear for both specs.
