Have I mentioned that FF9 was the best Final Fantasy? The simplicity and joyfulness of Zidane and Dagger's romance over the other games was a lot of it, to be honest, but Uematsu's work definitely didn't hurt; I think 9 had the best overall OST by far. Not to knock the others, of course.
